Week beginning June 22nd

Class 3 have been planning their characters ready for their puppet shows. Here are some examples of the children's work.
In Class 3, we did some art work which all started off with lots of different sized circles. Here are some examples.
We took part in the paper hat challenge to share with other class 3 children on Zoom.
Class 1 have been busy designing and building homes for their dinosaurs this week. They've also been excavating dinosaur skeletons. For maths this week they've been outside measuring 30m dinosaurs.
They enjoyed listening to Zog and have requested, 'Zog and the Flying Doctors' as next week's story.
They even practised their social distancing in the field and loved having their own reading tents.
In Class 3 we've been making splotchy birds. You can find out how to make them in the Class 3 home learning for Thursday 25th June.
This week we have been looking at the book 'Zog'. We created our own dragons and wrote about how we made them!
This week we created stick puppets, wrote a playscript and then performed our plays.
