Daley Challenge

This week, to celebrate Sport Relief, we are taking part in a 'Daley Challenge. Each challenge lasts ten minutes and takes the form of a different type of exercise. Please look below to find some pictures and videos of some of our challenges.
Class 2 - Dancing

Nick joined us today for a 10 minute Boot Camp. 
Our legs hurt afterwards but we loved it.
